Ruby Repairs Pty Ltd is committed to creating a workplace that is free from sexual harassment. Sexual harassment is a form of misconduct that undermines the integrity and professionalism of the workplace and has no place within our organisation.
Definition: Sexual harassment is unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature that can be verbal, physical, or visual. Sexual harassment can include but is not limited to, unwanted sexual advances, requests for sexual favours, comments or jokes of a sexual nature, physical touching or assault, and sharing or displaying sexually explicit materials.
Reporting: Any employee who believes they have been subjected to sexual harassment or who witnesses sexual harassment should report it to their supervisor, manager, HR representative, or other designated individual. Reports may be made in person, by phone, or in writing, and will be handled promptly and confidentially.
Investigation: Ruby Repairs Pty Ltd will promptly and thoroughly investigate all reports of sexual harassment, and take appropriate remedial action, up to and including termination of employment, where appropriate. Individuals who engage in sexual harassment will be held accountable for their actions.
Retaliation: Ruby Repairs Pty Ltd prohibits any retaliation against employees who report sexual harassment or participate in an investigation of sexual harassment. Retaliation is a serious violation of our policy and will not be tolerated.
Prevention: Ruby Repairs Pty Ltd will take proactive measures to prevent sexual harassment, including providing training on sexual harassment prevention to all employees, regularly reviewing and updating our policy, and creating a culture of respect, professionalism, and inclusivity.
